Connecting your Zoom account
To connect Zoom, go to Settings, then the Activity tab, and select “Connect” on the Zoom card. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize Naomi. Zoom Pro or higher is required for automatic transcript retrieval. If you are on a Zoom Basic (free) plan, you can still use Naomi by pasting transcripts manually.

Submitting a transcript
Open the Analyze Call modal from the Dashboard or Calls page. You can paste a transcript directly or connect Zoom for automatic retrieval. Supported transcript formats include plain text and VTT.
Understanding your assessment
After submitting a transcript, Naomi generates a communication assessment across 15 dimensions grouped into four clusters: Presence and Delivery, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Clarity and Structure, and Outcome Orientation. Each dimension receives a score from 0 to 100 with specific coaching insights.
Managing your account
Account settings including display name, department, industry, and notification preferences are available in Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact naomi@trynaomi.ai.
Disconnecting integrations
To disconnect Zoom or any other integration, go to Settings, then the Activity tab, and select “Disconnect.” Your existing call data will be preserved. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

Email naomi@trynaomi.ai with a description of the issue, the browser you are using, and any error messages or screenshots. We investigate all reports.
